On Rainy days, Makoto is available whether it is Day or Night. You can spend time with Makoto on Tuesday (Day), Thursday (Day), Saturday (Day), and Sunday (Day). The player will also receive an item from her near the end of the game which will unlock the abilities “Shadow Factorization” once Makoto's Confidant is unlocked in New Game Plus.
